摘要: The propagation of inhomogeneous plane waves in linear conservative systems is considered. It assumed that the secular equation governing a wave slowness S has form Q ( ) = 0 where independent frequency. Dispersion enters via boundary condi­tions. By using point conservation energy results are obtained which relate mean flux vector R ˜ with density Ẽ for any number trains. In particular single train it shown . + relevant electromagnetism, elasticity and fluid dynamics.
