摘要: Fibrinolytic system is one of the major proteolytic pathways in vivo and primarily responsible for dissolution thrombi. Two enzymes are involved this system; plasminogen activator (PA) plasmin. Plasmin formed by a limited proteolysis PA, which mainly synthesized secreted from vascular endothelial cells. This process proceeds physiologically only on surface fibrin. Thus, initiation progression fibrinolytic depend function cells fibrin formation. Endothelial may also synthesize excrete PA inhibitor (PAI) inhibits immediately, once released. The rates synthesis excretion PAI regulated various factors. Among them, thrombin stimulates release whereas activated protein C decrease PAI. both enhance potential. has escaped inhibition binds to α2-Plasmin (α2PI) binding fibrin, thereby suppressing fibrin-associated activation. A part α2PI cross-linked factor XIII when formed, thus situ plasmin as well plays central role fibrinolysis.
