Development of a model for photovoltaic arrays suitable for use in simulation studies of solar energy conversion systems

摘要: The work described in this paper was carried out as part of the development an advanced solar photovoltaic (PV) conversion system. During design system, simulation both power chain and control algorithms found to be useful, but simulate a system whole requires non-application specific circuit-based model PV array for simulator such Saber, or well known SPICE. There were no models readily available thus one became necessary. This successfully sought develop cheap, effective characterize existing cells generate device-dependent data that provides link between environmental variables irradiance temperature, electrical characteristics device.
