摘要: Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between incidence of apoptotic bodies in membrana granulosa and follicular steroid concentrations human follicles. Design: Case-controlled prospective study for 132 individual Setting: Procedures were performed Yamagata University Hospital. Patient(s): Thirty-six normo-ovulatory women with tubal infertility underwent ovulation induction IVF-ET a conventional hyperstimulation method. Intervention(s): Patients follicle aspiration after administration hCG. Main Outcome Measure(s): The nuclei recovered cells examined by fluorescence microscopy, was tabulated. Intrafollicular steroids evaluated mainly RIA. These data analyzed respect to oocyte-retrieval, oocyte maturity, fertilization, embryo quality. Result(s): Membrana follicles from which oocytes subsequently fertilized showed significantly lower than those did not fertilize. developed into good quality fair poor higher muralgranulosa cell region cumulus most cases. E 2 , P, free T levels different groups. Conclusion(s): results indicate that is associated better outcomes oocytes. Also, mural each may show differentiation during maturation.
