摘要: Overnight polysomnography is the gold standard for detection of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). However, it expensive and needs attending personnel. The study simplified apnea monitoring one recent trends medicine research. proposed clinical prediction rules employ vital social statistics, symptoms, craniofacial traits, obesity-related measures initial screening OSAS in an ambulatory setting. most them are partially or completely not home-based. One disadvantage this sort methods their inability to asses severity. Another approach a usage just two physiological signals such as electrocardiography (ECG), pulse oximetry, snoring, nasal airflow, even speech sound. In study, we aimed review different strategies compare performances, reported by means sensitivity–specificity accuracy incidence severity determined index (AHI) value. Based on data obtained from related articles, accurate AHI estimation exploit ECG oximetry signals.
