A comparison of vinegar compresses vs. cold water & water with vinegar for treating of fever at tropical hospitals.

摘要: Fever is a co mmon encounter in hospitalized patients & its management integral aspects of nursing care. Research aimed to assess and compare the efficacy v inegar,, cold water with vinegar compresses treatment fever. Th was quasi-experimental study conducted Tropical Hospitals at Sharqia Governorate. The carried on 45 patients; divided three group15 patient each group, all them were suffering fro m fever suspected have typhoid for investigation ad min istered same drug management.
