摘要: We investigated the electrooptical properties of a carbon nanotube (CNT)-doped twisted nematic (TN) liquid crystal (LC) cell. Experimental results reveal that doped CNTs influence elastic constant LC–CNT dispersion. Using small amount CNT dopant, field-on response time LC cell is nearly invariant; threshold voltage increases due to increase in At higher concentration, marked dielectric anisotropy dispersion markedly decreases and The field-off this with increasing concentration slight viscosity times are reduced simultaneously when host moderate dopant.
