摘要: The focus of this article is to inform persons with chronic health conditions, their family/friends and caregivers, mental providers, researchers. Using a case study intractable migraine, we illustrate “Health Co-Inquiry”, It involves collaborations between stakeholders in disease management person-centered orientation, patient activation, evidence-based practice, multiple methods inquiry (objective subjective).
