摘要: We present a multi-wavelength study of the unusual galaxy ISOSS J 15079+7247. With bolometric luminosity LFIR ∼ 2 × 10 12 Lthis object is one most luminous galaxies detected by 170 µm ISOPHOT Serendipity Survey (ISOSS). have obtained 1.2 mm continuum and CO (1-0) line observations, optical spectra deep R-band images system. The emission originates from giant elliptical at redshift z = 0.2136, yielding molecular gas mass 2.9 M� . high favors picture that dust associated with galaxy. nature ultraluminous IR can be explained an opaque, hidden starburst in center elliptical. huge 5 8 Mcorresponds to visual extinction AV 1000 mag.
