摘要: This article is an initial assessment of Internet utilization by political parties in the Philippines. The phenomenal growth use Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) country not lost to parties, candidates, and campaign managers. Online websites offer opportunity for strengthen linkages with citizens voters through information provision, transparency, interactivity, networking. conducted a content analysis five mainstream twelve party list organizations represented 14th Congress. It appraised online presence these assessed level as tool internal administration, electoral campaigns, voters' participation organization.
