摘要: Stripping tritium from carrier streams is a fundamental operation of handling. Tritide formers in this application offer the advantage facile recovery. This paper reviews equations governing scavenging. Two specific tritide formers, uranium for recovery within process loops and zirconium-iron alloy destined to environment, are discussed detail. Experimental results presented demonstrate typical operating conditions.
