摘要: Abstract OBJECTIVE: Our aim was to determine whether the presence of fetal fibronectin in vaginal secretions patients with symptoms suggestive preterm labor predicts delivery. STUDY DESIGN: Patients who were examined at hospital between 24 weeks' and 34 weeks 6 days' gestation intact membranes, no prior tocolysis, labor, cervical dilation RESULTS: A total 763 had results pregnancy outcome data available for analysis. Fetal detected specimens from 150 (20%) patients. Compared negative results, positive more likely be delivered within 7 days (relative risk 25.9 [95% confidence interval 7.8 86]), 14 20.4 8.0 53]), before 37 completed 2.9 2.2 3.7]). The predictive values delivery days, 1 cm (odds ratio 2.9, 95% 1.6 5.2), tocolysis 4.5, 2.8 7.2) all independently associated weeks. CONCLUSION: In a population symptoms, best defines subgroup increased days; high value sampling supports less intervention this result.(Am J Obstet Gynecol 1997;177:13-8)
