摘要: Purpose. The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of various degrees fatty infiltration in patients with nonalcoholic liver disease on hepatic artery resistance index and vein waveform patterns. Methods. After identification grading infiltration, 60 20 normal healthy subjects were examined using color spectral Doppler sonography. The level ascertained graded by biopsy excluded MRI controls. allocated four groups consecutively, until required number reached, according as follows: (group A), mild B), moderate C), severe D). waveforms classified into three following groups: triphasic, biphasic, monophasic waveform. calculated mean different measurements. Results. The incidence biphasic 2 (10%) for group B, 11 (55%) C, 16 (80%) D, none A. difference distribution triphasic pattern between control significant (p < 0.001). Hepatic 0.81 (±0.02), 0.78 (±0.03), 0.73 0.68 (±0.05), respectively, A, D significantly 0.001). Conclusion. As severity increases, abnormal increases decreases. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
