Tropical mangrove species discrimination using hyperspectral data: A laboratory study

摘要: The aim of this study is to test whether spectra crown canopy leaves various tropical mangrove species measured under laboratory conditions contain sufficient spectral information for discriminating mangroves at the level. This laboratory-level one most important prerequisites future use airborne and satellite hyperspectral sensors studies. First, responses 16 Thai (2151 bands between 350 nm 2500 nm) were recorded from leaves, using a spectrometer conditions. Although difficulties Rhizophoraceae are expected, overall result encourages further investigations into on-board can be separated when field taken account.
