摘要: A non-pretreatment monitoring method based on immunochromatographic test (ICT) strips was developed to for chloramphenicol (CAP) in raw milk. This assay designed measure competitive binding affinities CAP molecules milk and antigen immobilized with colloidal gold nanoparticles (GNPs, average diameter of 30 nm) labeled anti-CAP monoclonal antibody (CAP mAb). Several working conditions, including the solvent, different types concentrations mAb, coating antigen, GNP, were optimized performance. After optimization, detection process carried out 8 min a visual limit (LOD) 0.3 ng/mL qualitative LOD 0.064 semi-quantitative detection. No cross-reactivity detected toward analogs.
