摘要: Abstract The isothermal hot compression tests of homogenized 6026 aluminum alloy under wide range deformation temperatures (673–823 K) and strain rates (0.001–10 s−1) were conducted using Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulation machine. According to the experimental obtained true stress–strain data, constitutive equations derived based on original Johnson–Cook (JC) model, modified JC Arrhenius model compensated respectively. Moreover, prediction accuracy these established models was evaluated by calculating correlation coefficient (R) average absolute relative error (AARE). results show that flow behavior is significantly affected rate temperature. inadequate provide good description stress at temperatures. greatly improve predictability, since both consider coupled effects temperature rate. However, give more precise description, influence material constants should be introduced into model.
