摘要: In recent years there has been a great deal of social and legislative progress in the struggle against discrimination on grounds sexual orientation. However, coming out process workplace is still crucial aspect lives many lesbians gays (LG). This study sets to analyse different strategies that Spanish LG adopt when revealing their orientation at work by identifying factors facilitate or hinder this process.
