摘要: Natural autoantibodies, immunoglobulins (Igs) that target self-proteins, are common in the plasma of healthy individuals; some autoantibodies play pathogenic roles systemic or tissue-specific autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus. Recently, field autoantibody-associated diseases has expanded to encompass neurodegenerative Alzheimer's disease (AD) Parkinson's (PD), with related studies examining functions Igs central nervous system (CNS). Recent evidence suggests have various effects CNS; these associated prevention neurodegeneration, well induction. Here, we summarize functional respect (AD PD), focusing on antigens effector cell types. In addition, review current knowledge about antibodies diagnostic markers immunotherapies.
