摘要: In this paper, the use of multivariate statistical analysis techniques to aid in conflict a multi-actor group is demonstrated. particular, covariance biplot technique focused on and resulting graphical output, called diagram, interpreted terms relationships between actors, profiles alternatives under consideration, interactions actors its possible resolutions (consensus, coalition, etc.). The divided into two distinct phases. descriptive phase used represent conflict. prescriptive ways: (i) visualize effects changes parameters (‘conflict resolution aid’), hopefully bringing closer together, (ii) as tool enhance creative search for new (‘alternative generation’). process illustrated by examining ex post practical case study water resource management.
