A Smoke Detection Algorithm Based on Discrete Wavelet Transform and Correlation Analysis

摘要: A smoke detection algorithm based on Discrete Wavelet Transform and Correlation Analysis is presented to distinguish other smoke-like objects, especially cloud. Firstly, Gaussian mixture model, the target region of image picked up. Secondly, we use discriminate low frequency content high images. At last, information analyzed by correlation. According this algorithm, motion or not can be distinguished effectively reliably. Experimental results show that proposed method improve accuracy reduce false alarm.
