摘要: In this study, a two-stage fuzzy robust integer programming (TFRIP) method has been developed for planning environmental management systems under uncertainty. This approach integrates techniques of and stochastic within mixed linear framework. It can facilitate dynamic analysis capacity-expansion waste facilities multi-stage context. the modeling formulation, uncertainties be presented in terms both possibilistic probabilistic distributions, such that robustness optimization process could enhanced. its solution process, decision space is delimited into more one by specifying through dimensional enlargement original constraints. The TFRIP applied to case study long-term waste-management generated solutions continuous binary variables provide desired waste-flow-allocation plans with minimized system cost maximized feasibility.
