摘要: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a complex, multifactorial with onset either in childhood or early adulthood. Lifetime prevalence has been estimated to be as high 3%. Data from twin and family studies, animal models, genome-wide linkage association studies have demonstrated strong genetic component OCD, well overlaps between OCD body dysmorphic disorder, trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder), hoarding excoriation (skin-picking disorder). Collectively, these disorders are grouped together OCD-related DSM-5. In addition, DSM-5 also includes “tic-related” specifier, recognizing that Tourette’s syndrome/chronic tics frequently comorbid. This article summarizes recent findings on the genetics of disorders.
