摘要: The flash flood forecasting model ALHTAIR (“Alarme Hydrologique Territoriale Automatisee par Indicateur de Risque”) has been developed during the last five years by flood-warning service of Gard Region (SAC-30), in South-East France. A spatial version for is described this paper. This divided three separate tools, which allow a hydrograph simulation each location, covering all rivers Region, real time processing: CALAMAR® simulates rainfall intensity on square kilometre study area every minutes. georeferenced information obtained interpretation radar images. HYDROKIT® gives hydrographical characteristics studied watershed using DEM (Digital Elevation Model) calculating concentration time. software, processes data two previous tools and with module production (calculation effective rainfall) hydrograph. that calculates rainfall, based Horton principle, takes six parameters into account. For first ALHTAIR, these are same whole SAC-30 supervised territory. principal results show good crest synchronization but general overestimation peak flow. result was observed floods September 2002. To improve ALTHAIR results, approach tested. presented paper, according to infiltration capacity improves reconstitution
