摘要: This article considers the emerging method of design experimentation, and its developing use in educational research. It extent to which experiments are different from other, more established, methods elements established can be adapted for conjunction with them. One major issue addressed before metaphors fully accepted is that they assume combination forms data sources. How this takes place is, as yet, unresolved. The article, therefore, looks at similar problems also faced ‘new’ political arithmetic, research syntheses field trials see how lessons learned these approaches could help development field.
