Crystallinity control on photocatalysis and photoluminescence of TiO2-based nanoparticles

摘要: Abstract Single anatase TiO 2 nanocrystals with controllable crystallinity are prepared by a simple and readily available hydrothermal route. The has been successfully manipulated via varying the temperature. -240 at 240 °C holds highest crystallinity, i.e. , largest crystallite size of 14.2 nm lowest lattice strain 12.56 × 10 −3 photocatalytic efficiency. feasible method is also applied in synthesis Eu 3+ -doped (TiO :Eu ) nanoparticles. Both activity photoluminescence (PL) properties intensifies obviously as increases. nanoTiO PL discussed detail from viewpoints based on various characterizations. This can be developed for deliberate other functional nanomaterials.
