摘要: In this work sol-gel process for preparation of the uniform hybrid silica-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) coatings on glass surface is presented from mechanistic point view. The suggested synthetic approach straightforward, scalable and provides means to tune amount amino groups simply by changing concentration APTES in initial sol. Deposition rate different size silver nanoprisms (AgNPRs) silica various amounts were studied their performance as SERS materials probed. acquired data shows that deposition AgNPRs can be tuned APTES. optimal was found crucial successful assembly subsequent uniformity final substrate—too high content may result rapid non-stable aggregation non-uniform process. study revealed enhancement strongest at moderate level whereas it significantly drops levels.
