摘要: In printing industry where the production is running for 24 hours, performance of machine very important to be maintained. When breakdown, will stop and disturb process. Therefore, maintenance system should managed effectively solve those problems. The objective this paper propose a combination analysis several methods using software optimize policy. There are five used in paper, consists of: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Spare part (RCS), Life Cycle Cost LCC, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). result experiment show that can policy with methods. advantages application reduce manual calculation time, simplify calculation, increase accuracy by prevent error support proper decision
