摘要: In the United States, pancreatic cancer is fifth most common cause of death due to cancer, claiming over 25,000 lives annually (Silverberg and Lubera, 1989). Males are at a slightly higher risk than females (1.5:1) for both sexes, age-adjusted rates have shown steady increase from 1930 1970. Usually, diagnosis late in course disease development, thus precluding effective treatment. The mean survival following 4 6 months 5-year rate one worst any being less 5% cases (Mack, 1982).
