摘要: The addition of different dopants affects the densification and electrical properties TiO2 based varistor ceramics. nonlinear current (I) voltage (V) characteristics titanium dioxide are examined when doped with small quantities (0.5-2 at.%) strontium oxide. This paper discusses such an SrO system, demonstrates that some combinations produce suitable for use as low varistors. high value coefficient ( α) (6.6), breakdown field strength (Eb) (328 V/cm) leakage (Ir) (0.22 mA/cm2) obtained in a system newly SrO, all adequate application
