摘要: Pregnant women are routinely recommended to receive Tdap and influenza vaccines prevent disease complications among mothers newborns. Monitoring population trends in maternal vaccination is important order evaluate the implementation of these recommendations identify pockets need. We present two methods for measuring a state discuss strengths drawbacks each method. First, we matched information from records Wisconsin births during 2013-2015 with Immunization Registry. Second, used an all-payer health insurance claims database deliveries vaccinations received pregnancy. Both produced similar indicated substantial increase percentage receiving pregnancy, lower rates who were Medicaid-insured. When available timely, both useful monitoring vaccination.
