摘要: Excess weight loss while minimising fat-free mass (FFM) is important for health. Travel a particular period at risk gain and which the effects of short-term intensive programme have not been studied. Therefore, we studied effect novel, 1-week supervised health travel combining high volume, low-to-moderate intensity exercise energy intake restriction on weight, body composition outcomes in adults. Weight was also monitored 12 weeks after programme. In all, thirty-six subjects (nineteen men, seventeen women) consisting sixteen excess-weight (BMI: 27·1 (sd 1·7) kg/m2) twenty healthy-weight 22·3 1·8) individuals participated. Subjects performed 1 h slow-paced intermittent jogging three times per d other leisure activities, whereas consuming only provided foods without water restriction. Body significantly decreased from pre- to post-intervention (-3·5 1·5) -3·5 1·3) %, respectively; P<0·001 both), losses were maintained both groups (-6·3 3·8) -1·7 4·0) P<0·01 both). Fat (excess weight: -9·2 4·6) %: healthy -13·4 9·0) %; FFM maintained. Similar improvements observed blood biochemistry pressure groups. This intervention yielded favourable excess- adults, particularly 3·5 % with no significant change FFM. addition, participants least weeks. Of multiple choices, Health Tourism programme's results indicate that it viable option.
