摘要: Although CC bond hydrolases are distributed widely in Nature, they has as yet have received only limited attention the area of biocatalysis compared to their counterpart C-heteroatom hydrolases, such lipases and proteases. However, substrate range non-dependence on cofactors, suggest that these enzymes may considerable potential for applications synthesis. In addition, β-diketone hydrolase from Rhodococcus (OCH) known, catalyse formation interesting chiral intermediates. Further enzymes, kynureninase a meta-cleavage product (MhpC), able carbon-carbon formation, suggesting wider than previously envisaged. this review, distribution, catalytic characteristics described, with view assessing potentialfor use biocatalytic processes future.
