摘要: It has been speculated that renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is an example of a double-loss mutation. We analyzed the age distribution 71 cases familial RCC and 11 population-based cancer registries [German Democratic Republic, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, U.S.A. Whites, Blacks, Miyagi Osaka Prefectures (Japan), Hong Kong, Israeli Jews] according to multi-hit clonal growth models carcinogenesis. The analysis rules out mechanism for RCC. On both two analyzed, carcinogenesis in arises as result three- ten-fold increase average rate mutation at susceptible loci, compared with sporadic cases. In general, model provides somewhat better fit age-distribution incidence than does model.
