摘要: Abstract The major metabolites found in the urine after administration of 3-hydroxyxanthine-8-14C to rats are 3-hydroxyuric acid, uric xanthine, allantoin, and unchanged starting material. These can be accounted for by either oxidizing or reducing actions xanthine oxidase influenced vivo inhibitor, allopurinol. An enzymatic synthesis acid is described. Xanthine activity observable subcutaneous tissues where compound oncogenic, but there no evidence that a oxidase-induced product proximate oncogen.
