Communications in an Out‐patient Setting

摘要: Recently there has been much interest in the problem of communication between doctors, nurses and patients, (Ministry Health, 1963). In an attempt to throw some light on one aspect problem, it was decided investigate patients' memories what doctor had said them out-patient clinic.
