摘要: Abstract Vitamin D was originally discovered as a factor that regulates calcium and bone metabolism. Recent advances in investigation haveshown vitamin also functions regulator of cellular growth differentiation various tissues. Evidence has accumulatedshowing the active form its analogs suppress stimulate terminal keratinocytes. Al-so, stimulates synthesis melanin release interleukins. On other hand, been used treat-ment psoriasis, vitiligo morfea for long time. In this review, we summarize fundamental features clini-cal application psoriasis dermatological disorders.
