摘要: Abstract The spatial arrangement of subunits p51 and p66 the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase position RNase H containing domain, p15, have been determined by means neutron small-angle scattering. The (p66/p51) is a flat molecule, which can be approximated an ellipsoid with half axes 5.2 nm, 4.8 nm 1.4 nm. two having centre-to-centre distance 3.3 +/- 0.3 are attached at their sides, slightly shifted sideways. p15 domain located long axis ellipsoidal 5.0 0.5 to centre p51d part subunit, 5.3 1.2 neighbouring p51s subunit.
