摘要: Abstract Optically pure d -amino acids are industrially manufactured by biotransformations of cheap starting materials produced chemical synthesis or fermentation in combination with the development enzyme catalysts suitable for materials. dl -Alaninamide, an intermediate -alanine, was efficiently converted to -alanine stereoselective hydrolysis a -isomer specific amidohydrolase Arthrobacter sp. NJ-26. The total utilization system -alaninamide production optically - and l constructed stereospecific amidohydrolases. On other hand, were also from corresponding -isomers, which fermentation. -Glutamic acid -glutamic acid. -Glutamate -form recombinant glutamate racemase Lactobacillus brevis ATCC8287. Then -glutamate racemic mixture selectively decarboxylated γ-aminobutyrate decarboxylase E. coli ATCC11246. As result successive enzymatic reactions, one-pot reaction. -Proline same strategy -proline using proline Clostridium sticklandii ATCC12262. In this case, degraded Candida PRD-234. could be applicable manufacture many acids.
