摘要: In a mobile communications network, the uneven spatial distribution of traffic demand can be dealt with by redefining cell service areas. When resizing cells, network operators often aim at equalizing call blocking rates throughout in hope that this will maximize total carried network. paper, an analytical teletraffic model for sharing problem GSM-EDGE radio access (GERAN) is presented. From model, closed-form expression derived optimal criterion between cells. Using expression, it shown balancing rate adjacent cells not strategy.
