摘要: A phenomenon we have termed spontaneous lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity (SLMC) by non-thymus-derived lymphocytes from normal donors has been described. The can be demonstrated using human and xenogeneic (mouse) cell lines as the target in a microplate 51Cr release assay which is simple reproducible. In this paper, SLMC against targets evaluated potential marker of lumphocytotoxic function with respect to: (a) nature cell; (b) variability cytotoxic different donors, same donor tested on days; (c) effector cell. Using buoyant density centrifugation iron plus magnetpurified forming rosettes sheep red blood cells (SRBC) (T-cells) or SRBC-rabbit 19S anti-SRBC-mouse complement (complement receptor lymphocyte), it that activity lies non-T-lymphocyte fraction, probably caused receptor-bearing lymphocyte. usefulness functional non-T-LYMPHOCYTE CYTOTOXIC Ability, for assessment serological factors ehich may affect cytotoxicity, discussed.
