摘要: Impaired intraocular blood flow within vascular beds in the human eye are associated with certain ocular diseases including, for example, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration. A reliable method to quantify one or more of various could provide insight into component disease pathophysiology. Using ultrahigh-speed optical coherence tomography (OCT), a new 3D angiography algorithm called split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation (SSADA) was developed imaging microcirculation different regions disc, temporal ellipse, peripapillary retina, choroid, fovea avascular zone, area non-perfusion. As described herein, SSADA results used detect perfusion changes early stage disease. Associated embodiments relating methods quantitatively measuring at vasculature sites, systems practicing such methods, use diagnosing herein described.
