摘要: A pseudotyped rAAV is described, which contains sequences derived from AAV5. method for producing with AAV5 capsid described in the rep proteins of serotype or any cross-reactive AAV ITRS are utilized. similar may be provided to generate a minigenes carrying ITRs packaged capsids heterologous serotype. Also pharmaceutical compositions containing and methods using them gene delivery.
