摘要: Abstract In this paper, we use data collected from over 2000 non-residential electric vehicle supply equipments (EVSEs) located in Northern California for the year of 2013 to estimate potential benefits smart (EV) charging. We develop a charging framework identify EV load aggregators and distribution grid. Using extensive dataset, aim improve upon past studies focusing on by relaxing assumptions made these regarding: (i) driving patterns, driver behavior types; (ii) scalability limited number simulated vehicles represent different aggregation points power system with customer characteristics; (iii) profile EVs. First, study aggregations behind-the-meter, where time-of-use pricing schema is used understand owner when shift high cost periods lower periods. For 2013, show reduction up 24.8% monthly bill possible. Then, following similar strategy, that decrease their contribution peak approximately 37% (median) controlled within arrival departure times. Our results also it could be expected 0.25 kW h (∼2.8%) energy per session (12 PM–6 PM) off-peak (after 6 PM) 2013.
