摘要: Abstract The world economy has seen the evolution of predominant economic activities. Frompre-industrial society based on extractive activities (primary sector), through industrial era characterized by production consumer goods (secondary to post-industrial age with predominance service sector (tertiary sector). In addition, more recently,it been integrated products. i.e. PSS (Product-Service System) an combination products and services. A can be thought as a market proposition that extends traditional functionality product incorporating additional primary aim thispaper is evaluate criteria sub-criteria theimplementation (point view operations), quality dimensions, hybrid methodology (Fuzzy Delphi – FDELPHI Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process FAHP). fuzzy method was used validate taken from literature. FAHP calculate relative weights selected sub-criteria. questionnaire (based dimensions) applied large company located in Parana, Brazil, which intention implementing PSS. results show were relevant company: C3 (Restructuring) had high weight (17.80%), C9 (Assurance) (15.38%) C4 (Innovation Technology) (13.26%). Regarding (global weight), most influential are“Sc46 (learning understanding requirements necessity customer satisfaction) 5.55%), Sc14, Sc15, Sc17 Sc18 (3.54%, 3.35%, 3.30% 3.00% respectively). Thus, this work expected contribute improvement management product-service system (PSS) innovation provide competitive advantages.
