摘要: Experimental data suggest the proximal tubule as a major site of neurogenic influence on tubular function. The functional and anatomical axial heterogeneity prompted this study distribution innervation sites along early, mid, late convoluted (PCT) rat. Serial section autoradiograms, with tritiated norepinephrine serving marker for monoaminergic nerves, were used in study. Freehand clay models graphic reconstructions tubules permitted rough estimation location PCT. In subcapsular nephrons, early PCT (first third) was devoid most occurring mid (middle (last Innervation found nephrons located deeper cortex. juxtamedullary could be observed it left glomerulus. This gradient can explained by different tubulovascular relationships at levels absence suggests that any renal nerves might due to an effect neurotransmitter released from reaching via interstitium and/or capillaries.
