摘要: It is shown that a migration or drift of particles induced by inhomogeneities in the average shear rate will occur suspension spheres with purely hydrodynamic interactions, even absence inertial effects. Two relationships between velocity, tracer‐ and gradient‐diffusion coefficients for suspended particles, diffusivity fluid‐phase chemical tracer are derived.
