摘要: Hematopoietic cell culture, or ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic cells, is an enabling technology with many potential applications in bone-marrow transplantation, immunotherapy, gene therapy, and the production blood products. cultures are complex, different types at stages development present any given point time never steady state. Moreover, these cells interact strongly each other environment through cytokines (growth factors) adhesion molecules, as well their metabolism. Despite significant challenges, products produced bioreactors have shown promise recent phase 1 clinical trials.
