摘要: An 8-week feeding trial was conducted in a recirculation system at 27±0.2°C to observe the effect of soaking and soaking+autoclaving Sesbania aculeata seed meal on growth feed utilisation common carp. seeds were treated by 24-h water followed autoclaving 121°C 15 psi (1.05 kp cm−2) for 30 min. Six iso-nitrogenous iso-energetic diets formulated. Diet 1 (control) prepared with fish as major source protein. Untreated included diet 2 20% level dietary Each soaked soaked+autoclaved two levels 23 (diets 3 5) 35% 4 6) which corresponds 30% total protein, respectively. treatment had replicates, eight per replicate, mean initial body weight 6.2±0.02 g. Fish fed six times their maintenance requirement (3.2 g×bodyweight (kg)−0.8d−1) ration daily. control showed best (P<0.05) performance utilisation.
