摘要: An 8-week feeding trial was conducted in a recirculation system at 27±0.2°C to observe the effect of soaking and soaking+autoclaving Sesbania aculeata seed meal on growth feed utilisation common carp. seeds were treated by 24-h water followed autoclaving 121°C 15 psi (1.05 kp cm−2) for 30 min. Six iso-nitrogenous iso-energetic diets formulated. Diet 1 (control) prepared with fish as major source protein.
