摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy guanethidine and lidocaine in treatment complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) type I hand. Seventeen patients, aged between 33 72 years, suffering from CRPS hand received two series intravenous sympathetic block (Bier's block) sessions with according following therapeutic protocol: (1) 5 (once every second day) composed administration 15 mg 1 lidocaine/kg body weight each (2) 20 (twice a week) 10 each. Complete disappearance return normal function movement extremity were achieved. No side effects observed. above-described protocol method resulted excellent relief full restoration both range affected 17 patients
