摘要: Differences in photosynthesis of single leaves in intense light and 300 ppm COo have been observed among species (3). Three causes such differences have been proposed (3): (a) the existence some kind respiratory leakage into intercellular air spaces and/or out leaf intense during active photosynthesis; (b) stomatal diffusion resistances associated with lack stomata top surface some leaves; (c) a difference between warm-climate and cool-climate which is thought to be associated with some internal characteristic leaf. Each three causal factors depressed photoynthesis by 15 20 mg. CO_o dm.-ehr. -1. Many tropical grasses with none the limitations listed above photosynthetic rates (P) 60 70 mg. COt dm.-°hr.-X; deciduous tree species of temperate zone all three limitations leaf P values 10 In seeking ,note information about above, studies anatomy diffusion resistances were undertaken using various combinations factors. Results these experiments are reported here.
